I came to Above because it sits at the rare intersection where AI and security stop being buzzwords and start being hard, unsolved problems worth dedicating a career to. I stay because the work keeps outrunning my expectations: every problem we solve uncovers a more interesting one, and I get to do it alongside a team that’s genuinely solving a deep, underserved problem space: insider threat.

What drew me to Above was a combination of the people and the mission. I came away from every conversation feeling like I was talking to people I could learn from and trust.  I was looking for smart, driven, and refreshingly down-to-earth. And I genuinely believe in what we’re building here; the vision for the product is one I want to help bring to life.

Immediately after talking to Aviv and Amir, I knew this is where I needed to be. It’s not often you find brilliant technical minds who also have a high EQ :mind-blown: As if that wasn’t enough, the technology actually does what we claim it can do! Above is what I wanted UEBA to be a decade ago: a human solution for the inherently human problem of insider risk. If you’re looking for a place where the answer isn’t ‘no,’ it’s ‘prove that this will work and we’ll try it,’ then Above is the place for you.
